CCA's Breakfast and Lunch Operations

Earlier today, my sister invited me and my mom to support their school activity called Breakfast and Lunch Operations at her school, Center for Culinary Arts (CCA). We arrived at 11am that's why we are their first customer. Hahaha! (Mom is excited to see her favorite child)

Roasted Garlic Soup with Black Olive Crostini -- This is made by my sister :) I like the taste of the soup as a whole but I don't like the Olives in it
Ceasar Salad - Super YUMMY!!!

Pan-roasted Pork Chops with Creole Sauce, Macaroni and Cheese and Glazed Vegetables -- I had this as my main course. I  enjoyed it to bits!

Turkey and Sausage "Shepherd's Pie" -- Mom had this as her main course.

Eclair -- Prepared by Patisserie class.  This is my dessert. Yummy!!!

Cream Puffs -- Prepared by Patisserie class. This is my mom's dessert.
It is a 4-course meal. The food is delish (I'm not biased) and at affordable price -- P100/pax. The activity runs for 3 weeks only so go visit CCA if you get the chance.

**Sorry for the low quality of photos, it doesn't give any justice to the delish food we had**
