Birthday Weekend: Cebu

It's been a week since my Birthday and my friends arrived from Manila to celebrate it with me. They're the sweetest right? Anyway, they booked their week-long vacay way back May or June. Although I've been living here in Cebu for quite some time now, I'm still the lamest hostess, ever. Hahaha! We went to few of the tourist spots in the city but let me tell you we were always hungry and ended up on a famous restaurant I know they'll surely love.

More after the jump! Photos and kwentos behind on the caption :)

As soon as they arrived here in Cebu, we went out to have coffee. Taken at Bo's Coffee, I.T. Park

Here they are posing with one of the few tourist spot, Magellan's Cross.

We heard mass at Sto. Nino Church to give thanks. Photo taken after the mass.

At one of the many Sutukil resto in Mactan, I told you we're always hungry and we traveled almost 3 hours just to eat there! Crazy. The whole caboodle: My sister Arianne, Me, Ate Aissa and Boyfried Nino, Sir Vince, Francis and my fellow blogger, Alyssa. lol

After eating we decided to drop by at Mactan Shrine. Our 3-hour trip was all worth it because of the clouds there. Okay, we had inside joke about clouds and we couldn't stop laughing about it! I'm actually smiling now. HAHA. Weirdo.

After our whole day on the road, we stopped by at their hotel to rest for few hours and to plan for our Bohol Getaway for the next day (another entry for that) and I'm surprised they bought me little yummy cake! And my handa for my Birthday? FRUITS. Hahaha!

Yup. We're in the restaurant again for dinner. We're always hungry remember? lol. We still want to hang out the night after we spent the whole day on the road and can't decide what to do. So we end up eating.
At Dong Juan, Mango Square.
We squeezed in a little side trip to Bohol to make most out of their trip. I'll be posting another entry for that entire adventure, watch out. Anyway, when we came back to Cebu, of course we had
dinner out again. Ha!

At ZubuChon for dinner. They say: Your trip to Cebu wouldn't be complete if you didn't try the
world class Lechon Cebu.

The next day, we went to Tabo-an to buy pasalubong then went to Ayala Center to eat. Here we are at Casa Verde for them to try their famous and cheap steaks and ribs.

Sisters and Girl friends. Posing for the camera at The Terraces while deciding where to go next.

I can say that I've been a good hostess in terms of food. I'll be blogging about where we ate but not in a detailed way 'cause I already blogged a few. But you could always check Alyssa's blog for more. See you on my next post about our Bohol adventure! :)
