Surprise, Surprise

The one and only reason why I came to Cebu is to take the Nurse Licensure Examination, my parents planned it quite some time before I fly out. My friends has been asking me why I have to be in Cebu for a couple of months and my answer was to baby sit my nephew, which is partly true. I needed to keep it secret from them because I don't wanna spoil anything. I was so sad to leave my family and friends for the meantime but it made me think that it was my sacrifice to be able to pass the exam. Fortunately, I made few friends from review to keep my sanity every-friggin'-day. 

And after 36 working days, the result came and I FINALLY MADE IT!!! I really did my best and through divine intervention, God gave me the most wonderful gift of all, my license. All of my sacrifices and hard work paid off and I am beyond happy. Happy that my wish came true and happy that I made my parents proud, for once. Some of my friends went ballistic when they heard the news and most of them were surprised. Well, I can't blame them 'cause I was surprised myself. 

Okay, enough of blabbing. Yesterday, we went to Cafe Marco at Marco Polo Plaza to celebrate with Kuya Brian, his wife, Ate Dess, Arianne and of course, Zach. Lunch buffet it is! Thank you, Mama for the treat! :)
