Zubu Chon

Admit it, every time you hear the word Cebu, first thing you think of is Lechon. Yes, Cebu has the best lechon in the world. And I can prove that later on.

So I am having lunch out alone for the nth time and passed by this restaurant called Zubu Chon. When I read the word 'Chon' it means lechon! And I'm so up for eeettttt!! :p

Since I'm alone, I ordered a fast meal. Authentic Lechon with pickled veggies and plain rice. I also ordered something to soothe me from the intense heat outside, Calamansi Honey Shake (their best seller is Kamias shake) I loved my shake though. :)

This is what I'm talking about - I watched No Reservations by Anthony Bourdain few years back featuring Philippines and Lechon Cebu, only to find out that the best pig in the world was from Zubu Chon!!!!
