My creation - I used Hershey's chocolate syrup |
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups fresh milk
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter, cooled
(softened unsalted butter, for cooking crepe)
Instructions:
1 In a bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add the liquid ingredients.
2 Strain then chill for at least 30 minutes.
3 Brush crepe pan with a little softened butter. Pour crepe batter and rotate pan.
4 Cook until done.

5. Fill crepe with ripe Mangoes, best with Vanilla ice cream and some nuts! :)
