Les Copains d' Abord



Mom and I supported my Sister yesterday at their school event in CCA Katipunan. They're serving french cuisine as part of their 5th level finals.

MORE AFTER THE JUMP!

             They served us 7 course meal. Heavy! My favorite part was dessert. Hahahaha!
       I had a hard time enunciating every french word I've read. It's fun though! 

White wine for me.

Red wine for my Mom.
Verrine mangue, Fromage blanc, Saumon fune
 (Layered of mango, homemade French cheese and Smoked Salmon)

Tarte a la Tomat
(Tomato Tart)
Crevettes auz Ananas
(Fresh Pineapple and shrimp)

(French Salad with anchovies and vinaigrette)

Filet de Dori aux epinards et la sauce mornay
(Sole fillet with spinach and mornay sauce)

Magret de canard a l' orange et allumettes
(Seared duck with reduced orange and allumettes)

Filet de Bocuf roti,reduction de vin rouge, Petit tourne de carottes, Aligot
(Beef fillet with Aligot, tourne carrot and red wine reduction and mash potato)

Bavarois
(French panacotta with peach and raspberries)

Profiteroles
(French cream puffs)
